Downshifting has a slower more local community pace. If you live in a city perhaps your community is a certain number of blocks in either direction. We can create our own communities. Maybe a member of your community lives way across the city. You can downshift anywhere.

You can grow herbs, tomatoes, lettuce and other edible plants in pots. One tomato plant is better than none. You’ll get a lot of fresh produce that you know what was put on the plant as far as pesticides, herbicides, etc.

So whether you live in an apartment in a twenty story building or out in the sticks surrounded by farmland you can overcome the NWO and do many things for yourself. And think of the joy you’ll have knowing that tomato only cost you a few pennies to grow. The money saved might help you through tough times or allow you to buy that item you were thinking about getting.

Downshifting a percentage of your life gives back a 1,000% more to your life.
